Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Beach Pod as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return windowfrom the date your order is delivered.

30-Day Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different colour or style, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange this, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
